We do not tolerate scams, harassment, hate, sexual or violent content, impersonation, spam, or misleading listings. If you see something that breaks our Community Standards, you can report it directly in the app using the Report option:

• Property listings— tap the flag icon near the Share button on a listing.
• Users and sellers— use “Report this seller” on a listing, or the conversation menu in Messages, where available.
• Messages you receive— tap the flag icon on the message in your conversation.

Choose a reason and add any helpful detail. Reports are confidential, and each one is reviewed by our team. You'll be told if you have already reported the same item.

You can also email our support team — this is helpful if you can't use the in-app Report option:

If emailing, please include enough information for us to identify what you are reporting — for example the listing title or link, the person's name or profile, or roughly when a message was sent, along with a short description of the problem. Do not send your password or any sensitive account credentials.

We review every report and take action in line with our Community Standards.

Blocking someone stops them from messaging you and stops you from messaging them. They are not told that they have been blocked.
